Insight is a measurement tool, but it is primarily a number cruncher. It analyzes bulk network data and determines patterns and trends that would be overlooked by conventional diagnostic tools. Insight detects not only flaws but the weaknesses that precede them; potential issues are nipped in the bud, before users complain. 

Insight operates around the clock, conducting network tests, troubleshooting and resolving latent issues. Insight interprets users as drive testers and analyzes call events for all network transactions. Original event details are produced for all interface procedures and linked to their original signal messages. 

Insight may be autonomous, but it also user-friendly. Its interface displays 10,000 square meter map grids (int'l standard) that illustrate where KPIs are measured and events originate. When an abnormal event occurs, the system detects it automatically system and stores the pertinent signal data in real time so that operators can determine the exact metrics and messages relevant to potential complaints. After network adjustments are made, Insight promptly verifies them with minimal operator input.
